The current Crimson Desert Drops event runs in two UTC reward windows: October 29 to November 4, 2026 for pirate items and a parrot, then November 5 to November 11 for ship parts. At this November 1 snapshot, Week 1 is active and Week 2 has not started.
There is also a temporary claiming problem. The October 30 revised notice says rewards cannot currently be claimed through Drops & Rewards. Until that issue is resolved, use Claim in the stream chat, then link the Twitch account on the Drops event page. Watching long enough, claiming on Twitch, choosing a platform and receiving the item in-game are separate stages.
Use the correct UTC reward window
| Week | Starts in UTC | Ends in UTC | Reward theme |
|---|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | October 29, 2026 at 22:00 | November 4, 2026 at 23:59 | Pirate equipment, food and a parrot pet. |
| Week 2 | November 5, 2026 at 00:00 | November 11, 2026 at 23:59 | Medium Fair Wind ship customization parts. |
Plan your viewing around the week containing the reward you want. Completing a Week 1 milestone does not establish that you have earned Week 2's ship pieces before that window opens. Likewise, the event's overall two-week duration does not mean every reward is available throughout both weeks.
Use UTC as the reference when checking the boundary against your local date. A stream watched near midnight can fall on a different calendar day where you live. Check the actual window rather than assuming that a date on a local clock identifies the active reward week.
Earn the Week 1 pirate rewards
| Eligible watch time | Week 1 rewards |
|---|---|
| 60 minutes | Pirate Lantern and Braised Meat x10. |
| 120 minutes | Pirate Eyepatch and Pirate's Sword. |
| 180 minutes | Pet Parrot and Parrot Pirate Hat. |
These are viewing milestones within the Week 1 campaign. Track progress in your Twitch Drops Inventory while watching a participating Crimson Desert stream. The three-hour milestone is the target for the parrot and hat; merely opening a stream does not establish that the time has been credited.
Do not substitute rewards from an older campaign when checking this list. Blue Scout items and horse accessories appear in earlier Drops guides, but they are not the pirate-themed rewards listed for the October 29 campaign. Match the campaign and item names before concluding that your current reward is missing.
You do not need to own Charting the Unknown to use Week 1's rewards. You do need a Crimson Desert base-game edition to claim those items in-game. That entitlement condition is separate from your ability to watch the stream and accumulate the Twitch-side reward.
Earn the Week 2 ship parts
| Eligible watch time | Week 2 reward |
|---|---|
| 60 minutes | Medium Fair Wind Figurehead. |
| 120 minutes | Medium Fair Wind Stern. |
| 180 minutes | Medium Fair Wind Sail. |
Week 2 begins on November 5 at 00:00 UTC. Its three parts belong to the ship customization side of the expansion, and they require Charting the Unknown to obtain and use in-game. Owning only the base game does not meet that requirement.
Watching is still possible without owning either product. The distinction is between participation on Twitch and using the resulting content in Crimson Desert. If you are considering the ship rewards, check the expansion ownership on the platform where you plan to redeem them rather than assuming another platform's entitlement covers that setup.
The visible names above identify the matching Fair Wind set. Use those names in the reward interface when checking what you earned. A figurehead, stern and sail are different pieces, so confirm each milestone rather than treating one redeemed part as proof that the full set has arrived.
Watch a participating stream and track progress
Log into the Twitch account on which you want to earn the rewards and watch a Crimson Desert stream with Drops enabled. Check the current campaign in the Drops Inventory so that you can see whether eligible viewing time is being credited.
Watching several channels at once does not make the reward unlock faster. The useful action is checking one eligible stream and its campaign progress, not opening additional windows in the hope of multiplying the same elapsed time. A channel being in the game's category is also a reason to inspect the Drops status rather than assume every stream is crediting the current event.
Keep the earning account consistent with the account you later use on the event page. If your viewing progress belongs to one Twitch login and the browser connects another, the reward status can look empty even though you watched the required time elsewhere.
Treat the progress bar and claim notification as the Twitch-side checkpoints. Once a milestone is ready, move to claiming it. Continuing to watch after the threshold does not replace the claim action or automatically choose your destination game platform.
Apply the temporary stream-chat workaround
The revised event notice currently directs you to click Claim through the stream chat rather than relying on the Drops & Rewards menu. Use that stream notification when the reward becomes available, then link your Twitch account through the Drops event page.
The event page still describes the standard Inventory route. For this temporary problem, keep the revised notice's stream-chat step in mind if that normal route fails. Do not interpret the mismatch as proof that the whole campaign is over or that you must watch the same milestone again.
After claiming, sign into the event page with the Twitch account that earned the reward and review Check My Rewards. That is a separate checkpoint from the Twitch progress display. You are checking that the earned drop is recognized for the next delivery step, not simply checking how many minutes have elapsed.
The workaround is a current instruction, not a guarantee that every account has already received its items. If a step remains unavailable, identify which stage failed: the viewing milestone, chat claim, Twitch connection or platform delivery. That makes the remaining problem much clearer than treating all four as the same missing reward.
Select the destination platform carefully

After choosing the correct platform, use its code redemption route for coupon rewards.
After the Twitch claim, choose the platform where you want to receive the reward. For Steam, the event page describes direct in-game delivery. For PlayStation, Xbox and Epic Games, it describes a coupon code that must be registered for the respective platform.
Check the platform before confirming it. You cannot switch platforms after receiving the coupon or reward, so this is not a harmless preview selection. If you play on more than one setup, decide which one should receive these items before completing the delivery step.
For PlayStation, select the country or region that matches the PlayStation account. Those coupons are region-specific. A correct platform name alone does not establish a correct region, and choosing the wrong account region can leave you with a code that does not fit the intended account.
Multiple game accounts do not allow duplicate Twitch Drops from the same earned reward. Do not select a secondary account expecting to repeat the process for a second copy later. Use the destination where you intend to play and inspect that selection once more before confirming it.
Redeem the code and check the in-game add-ons
For a coupon reward, use the event page's Use Coupon option and complete redemption through the appropriate platform. Keep the code and the receiving account associated with the same intended setup. The platform-redemption step is distinct from linking Twitch or seeing Claim on a stream.
In Crimson Desert, open Menu > Others > Options > Add-On/Add-Ons to check received rewards. If a redeemed item is not visible, refresh that view or restart the game and inspect it again. The event instructions specifically include that check after registering a code.
If it is still absent after successful redemption and refresh, use the support route for the relevant platform. If the failure is instead on the Twitch watch or claim side, Twitch Support is the appropriate route. Tell the support channel which stage succeeded and which stage failed rather than reporting only that the drop did not arrive.
Useful details include the campaign week, reward name, Twitch claim state, selected platform, account region where applicable and code-redemption result. Those facts narrow the problem without requiring you to expose the coupon code publicly.
Check the last successful stage
| What is missing | First check |
|---|---|
| Watch progress | The logged-in Twitch account, active campaign window and Drops-enabled stream. |
| A claim action after the milestone | The stream-chat Claim notification during the temporary issue. |
| Rewards on the event page | The connection to the same Twitch account that earned them. |
| In-game items on a coupon platform | Code redemption on the chosen platform and correct region. |
| A redeemed reward in the menu | Refresh or restart, then inspect Add-On/Add-Ons again. |
| Week 2 parts on a base-game-only account | Charting the Unknown ownership for in-game use. |
The endpoint is the actual reward visible in the receiving game account, not simply a completed watch bar or a successful browser login. Follow each stage in order and preserve the destination-platform choice so that a temporary claim problem does not turn into an avoidable account or region mismatch.
